AI Baby Blend Privacy Policy

This policy explains how AI Baby Blend handles information when you use babyblend.ai, the iOS app, or related services. The service is intended for adults.

1. Information we collect

We collect the email address you provide, the two photos you upload, order and payment status, and limited technical data such as device, browser, approximate country, visited pages, and error information. We do not use face recognition to identify people or create a biometric identity database.

2. Service providers

We use service providers only to operate and deliver the product: Replicate for AI image processing, Stripe and NOWPayments for payments, Resend for delivery email, and hosting, security, and analytics providers including Cloudflare, Google Analytics, and Ahrefs. Each provider receives only the information needed for its role and processes it under its own terms and privacy obligations. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by AI Baby Blend.

3. Retention and deletion

• Uploaded photos are deleted after successful generation and delivery.
• Photos attached to unpaid or failed orders are deleted within 24 hours.
• If a crypto payment requires manual review, uploaded photos may be retained for up to 72 hours.
• Generated files on our server are deleted 24 hours after a successful delivery email. If email delivery fails, they may be retained for up to 7 days so delivery can be retried.
• The delivery email and its attachments remain in your mailbox until you delete them. Basic order records may be retained as required for support, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations.

4. Your rights and international processing

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information. You may also object to certain processing. Service providers may process data in other countries; where required, appropriate safeguards are used.

5. Permissions, children, and security

Do not upload a photo unless you have permission from every person shown. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
