What photos should we upload?+
A clear, high resolution photo with the face clearly visible should be uploaded. An image with a single face like a passport look, with beard shaven in case of men is preferable.
What do we receive after the order?+
You will receive 8 total photos. There will be 4 variations of a boy and 4 variations of a girl in high quality delivered to your inbox.
Who owns the baby photos?+
You are the owner of all the photos and you can use them in any way you want and share them as per your wish.
What is your refund policy?+
In case your photos are not yet generated, we will issue a full refund. If the photos are distorted due to any reason, we can help you with a revision. If your photos are not delivered due to any reason, we can manually send them as well. Please contact us for further assistance.
Is my payment safe?+
Payments are handled by trusted providers (Stripe and PayPal) over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your card details.
What do you do with our data?+
The photos you submit are deleted as soon as the AI is trained on them. The email you submit is only to send you your baby photos. It will be deleted along with the baby photos in 30 days.
